TWCA Logo
The symbolism of the TWCA logo is very important. When the decision was made to establish a new logo, our goal was to develop a strong icon for TWCA that would differentiate us from other schools, churches and businesses in The Woodlands. We wanted to emphasize our identity as a Christian college preparatory school with a look that was contemporary and cutting edge. In the course of the redesign process, we chose green and gold as our school’s colors, thus dropping the purple.
A logo can create a picture of an organization’s values. The three circles represent a never-ending commitment to excellence from the Executive Board, administration, faculty and students. The etching suggests tradition and the establishment of a new legacy. The shield symbolizes the shield of faith, warriors for Christ and TWCA’s warrior mascot. The four columns draw from TWCA’s mission to help students fulfill God’s purpose for their lives as leaders - spiritually, academically, physically and socially. The Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Ghost - hovers over the mission because we submit all learning to His leadership. Finally, the illumination symbolizes the revelation of God to the students in all aspects of their development and also hints at the return of Christ and His Kingdom, a time when His light alone will shine.
